High Protein Waffle

Recipe

30g Oats

30g Whey Protein (I have used Naughty Boy Lifestyle whey sticky toffee)

5g Cornflour

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/3 tsp Truvia

1 egg

100ml Skimmed Milk

1 - Blend all the dry ingredients together until they are a fine powder

2 - Add the egg and milk to a jug

3 - Add the dry ingredients and mix

4 - Heat your waffle maker and apply the mix evenly

4 - Once cooked, remove and and add your favourite toppings!
