30g Oats
5g Cocoa Powder
10g Whey Protein (i have used per4m chocolate brownie batter whey)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 tsp Truvia
65ml Skimmed Milk
1 - Blend all the dry ingredients together until they are a fine powder and add to a standard size mug or ramekin.
2 - Add the skimmed milk and milk with a fork until combined
3 - Microwave for 1 minute. (Check for boiling over. Stop and start microwave as needed)
4 - Enjoy from your mug or turnover onto a plate and add your favoutie toppings!
